California agriculture generates millions of tons of byproducts every year that most people never think about: more than 100,000 tons of grape pomace from wine production, over 1 million metric tons of almond shells, and hundreds of thousands of tons of other nut, fruit, and crop residues. To much of it gets landfilled or used in non value-added ways. We're building solutions to change that.
